The sixth edition of We The Women, the women-centric event curated by award-winning journalist Barkha Dutt, was held in Jaipur and live-streamed on the digital platform Mojo Story on March 4. Many popular personalities participated and contributed to the_Iyer event. Among many others, a bunch of women from Bollywood also attended the festival including Vidya Balan and Janhvi Kapoor. Besides actresses, one of Bollywood's most influential entrepreneurs and drivers of change Rohini Iyer also participated in the prestigious panel about “Women Mean Business.”

She advised women professionals, who had gathered at India's most empowering women-centric event, "Dream big. Dream impossible dreams. Make them come true. Be audacious and unapologetic about what you bring to the table because sometimes you buy the table. You need to own what you bring to the table, and know what's your worth.”

Rohini further added, “I have seen that a lot of young women when they are starting out in their professions feel that they are not worth it. Every woman who wants to be successful needs to know her value. Remember you’re Lo Oreal. You’re worth it.”

Talking about the above-mentioned speakers from B-Town, as mentioned above, the list included Vidya Balan, Janhvi Kapoor, Shweta Bachchan Nanda & Navya Naveli Nanda, and Aditya Roy Kapur, among others. While Vidya spoke about being authentic, outspoken and a pioneer for change, Janhvi opened up about experiencing a “weird guilt” after the demise of her mother and actress Sridevi. Meanwhile, Aditya talked about his views on new-age heroes, and masculinity in the modern age.
