The actor attended the 71st National Film Awards in New Delhi, where he received the honor from the President of India, Droupadi Murmu. Dressed in his signature charm and grace, Shah Rukh Khan’s presence drew thunderous applause at the ceremony, which celebrated his extraordinary journey from Delhi theatre to global superstardom.

During the award ceremony, Khan was introduced with a moving tribute that resonated with fans across the country - “The man whose smile has crossed borders, whose dialogues have become our collective vocabulary, receives his first National Award. His performance in Atlee’s Jawan was unanimously hailed by critics and audiences alike. Starring alongside Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi, Shah Rukh delivered one of the most powerful performances of his career. From jaw-dropping action sequences to emotional depth and his trademark charisma, Jawan showcased the superstar in a completely new avatar.
