Yash Raj Films released the teaser of its upcoming romantic drama Saiyaara today, generating early buzz online. Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani, the film introduces newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in their debut roles.

The teaser has struck a chord with fans and Bollywood stars alike. Among the first to cheer on the film were actors Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor, both of whom took to Instagram to show their support for the project and its fresh faces.

Alia, who is currently gearing up for her next release Alpha, shared the teaser on her IG story, calling it a Mohit Suri love story she’s eagerly awaiting. In a heartfelt note, she wrote, “A Mohit Suri love story introducing two beautiful actors? I am SEATED!!! This one is hitting the spot and how!!! P.S. - Can we have the song like now? Please.” She also extended her best wishes to Ahaan and Aneet as they begin their cinematic journey, calling it a promising new chapter.

Shraddha Kapoor, who has previously collaborated with Mohit Suri on beloved hits like Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain, also shared the teaser on IG with a sweet tribute to the director – “Isse kehte hai magic. Mohit Suri ka magic.”

Saiyaara marks an important release for Yash Raj Films — not only for introducing new talent but also as part of the studio’s long-standing tradition of romantic storytelling. With a legacy spanning over five decades, YRF has been behind some of Indian cinema’s most memorable love stories.

Set for a worldwide release on July 18, 2025, Saiyaara offers a contemporary take on young love, blending emotion, music, and heartfelt storytelling.
