Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani marked the return of Karan Johar as a director after seven years. Starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, the film has garnered positive response across the board. It also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Churni Ganguly, Aamir Bashir and Anjali Anand. The film, which was released on July 28, has collected Rs. 150.75 crores in India. Now, Karan has released the full music video for the ‘Saregama Medley’ which also has scenes from two deleted songs from the film.

In the ‘Saregama Medley’, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi feature alongside Alia and Ranveer on the recreated versions of ‘Hawa Ke Saath Saath’, ‘Yeh Shaam Mastani’, ‘Aaj Mausam Bada’ which were showcased in the theatrical version. However, the medley has two more recreations ‘Hum Tum Ek Kamre Mein’ and ‘Aao Na Gale Lagao Na’. Karan captioned it, “Down the road of nostalgia, prem & emotions with us!!! The Saregama Carvaan Medley video (with a few bonus scenes for you all????) is OUT NOW!”

A day ago, it was announced that the much-appreciated Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles has been selected for the Busan International Film Festival 2023. The film, helmed by Karan Johar, has been selected in the Open Cinema section. It is one of the five movies in the section which includes France’s Dogman and The Animal Kingdom, Japan’s Revolver Lily, and Hong Kong’s One More Chance. The program schedule is yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Karan Johar will be next helm an action project. However, he has many projects in the pipeline as a producer. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh will next headline Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3.
