Ranveer Singh! Just a name that send your brain recollecting numerous performances both on screen and off that have entertained us. Well, Singh whose last release was the much talked about Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial Padmaavat is certainly on cloud nine not just with the box office collections of the film, but also the accolades and applause coming in. Though the actor was recently out of action for a while with a shoulder injury, it seems like he is back to his normal energetic self which was evident at the recently held CNBC TV18 India Business Leader Awards. At the event Ranveer Singh was not surprisingly crowned as the Entertainment Leader of the year, which of course we stand by, but it was the actor’s joy and excitement that really caught our attention.
In fact, after Ranveer’s revelations at the NEWS18 Rising India Summit, we can understand how overjoyed the actor feels with the recognition coming his way. But we have to admit that though humble, Singh certainly knows how to enjoy himself. Taking to the micro blogging site, Ranveer Singh shared a coupled of images from the CNBC TV18 India Business Leader Awards saying, “Yes!!! Won the ENTERTAINMENT LEADER OF THE YEAR award ?? at the CNBC TV18 India Business Leader Awards #anotherone #khilji #padmaavat …. it just keeps getting better!!! #CNBCTV18IBLA #LeadersOfChange @CNBCTV18News”. Interestingly, this will be the second time Ranveer Singh will have been conferred with the Entertainer of the year award, the first being the Hello Hall of Fame awards that bestowed the same title on the actor.
Back on the work front, Ranveer Singh is currently busy shooting for the Zoya Akhtar film Gully Boy, apart from which the actor will also be seen in Rohit Shetty’s directorial Simmba and in the sports film titled 83 which is based on India’s first cricket world cup win.
