Readers would be aware that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone bought a plush new residence in Bandra, suburban Mumbai for a whopping Rs. 119 crores. The new abode is a sea facing multi-storied apartment, that is situated right next to the palatial residence of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Mannat. The couple recently visited the site to inspect the progress on their apartment and videos of the same have gone viral on social media.

It is a known fact that DeepVeer fans eagerly await the update on their favorite couple. As per recent reports, the couple visited this apartment to check on its progress almost a month ago but recently the video found its way online and has been going viral on several social media platforms since then. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were seen in simple casuals and having an intense conversation with the employees around the site as they were also seen taking rounds around the property to check on their new house.

Talking about the plush property of the actor and the Pathaan actress, the seaquadruplex apartment resides between Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments and Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. The said apartment occupies the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors and covers a total area of 11,266 sq ft carpet area with a further 1,300 sq ft exclusive terrace. As per reports, the deal is valued at over Rs. 1 lakh per sq ft! In terms of the acquisition, Ranveer has purchased the apartment at Sagar Resham on Bandstand, through the firm named Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP which cites Ranveer and his father Jugjeet Sunder Singh Bhavani as directors.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh is currently gearing up for the release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani next month which features him alongside Alia Bhatt. On the other hand, Deepika Padukone is expected to next star in Fighter which will bring her alongside Hrithik Roshan for the first time on the big screen. The film, that also stars Anil Kapoor, is expected to release on January 25 next year.
