Ranbir Kapoor feels ‘rejuvinated’ after seeing Raha; says her smile ‘breaks his heart’ : Bollywood News

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcomed their first daughter Raha Bhatt Kapoor last year. While the actress rarely shares posts about her little daughter on social media, her husband and new-father Ranbir has been opening up about his experience of parenthood on several occasions of late. The actor is busy travelling across the country to promote his upcoming film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar and during one of the promotional events, he opened up about how it often makes him feel bad to leave his little daughter for work.

Ranbir Kapoor recalled how he met his daughter only for a few minutes on the day of the event and how it breaks his heart to see her smiling face, while going to work. As per a Times of India report, Ranbir Kapoor said, “I don’t want to leave home. This morning, just the 20 minutes I got with her before my flight rejuvenated me. I miss her a lot, I keep seeing her photos.”

He further went on to speak about how getting her to burp has become a part of his father duties, whenever he is at home. “I’m a burping specialist. I never knew burping is such a big part,” he added while talking about the early stages of childhood.

“Whenever I’m at home, I’m always beside her and it’s magical. She has just started smiling in the last two weeks. And seeing that smile breaks your heart. It feels like a new understanding of love. You were asking me about the language of love, but the baby has no language. It’s a love you cannot describe," he concluded.

Talking about his upcoming film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, the film is expected to feature him alongside Shraddha Kapoor for the first time. Directed by Luv Ranjan, it is slated to release on March 7, 2023.
