Ranbir Kapoor confesses he is happiest spending time with his wife and mom-to-be Alia Bhatt : Bollywood News

Ranbir Kapoor is currently in the midst of promoting Shamshera and has been making appearances on reality shows and TV soaps for the same. In one such promotional campaign, Ranbir is seen answering a series of questions thrown towards by the producers, the YRF team as he is surrounded by puppies in a room. From personal to professional, the actor made a series of statements while answering these questions. Amidst them we also learnt that he is the happiest spending time with Alia Bhatt and that his mother Neetu Kapoor is an influential person in his life.

Ranbir Kapoor answered a series of YRF questions as a part of Shamshera promotions, where he also revealed that if he ever directed a film it would be a fun coming of age family entertainer. He also revealed that his favourite animal is elephant and that he would love to go on a road trip with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil co-star Anushka Sharma, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani star Aditya Roy Kapur. Amongst these questions, was yet another one where he was asked, what makes him the happiest and he answered, “I guess spending time with my wife.” We are sure his statement came as a treat to Ralia fans who are gushing over the lovely couple.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who met on the sets of Brahmastra, fell in love during the shoot of the film and tied the knot earlier this year, on April 14. Just a few weeks ago, the actress took to social media to announce that they are expecting their first child. Needless to say, since then Ranbir has been speaking about his excitement of becoming a father.

On the other hand, coming to the set of questions, when the actor was asked ‘who does he consider as the most influential person in his life?’, pat came the response, “My mother,” addressing Neetu Kapoor.

Speaking of Shamshera, the film is a period fiction drama that also stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in lead roles. It is slated to release on July 22.
