Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has all the reasons to celebrate. Her film The Legend Of Maula Jatt has completed 200 days in theatres and has become one of the biggest blockbusters not just in Pakistan but worldwide. While the actress is riding high on the success of the film, she attended a wedding function and videos are going viral.

Mahira Khan was in attendance at a friend’s wedding festivities. It seems like it was a mehendi night for her friend's son where all the ladies gathered to groove to the songs. Since Bollywood songs are quite popular in Pakistan, Mahira was seen dancing to the beats of Govinda’s ‘Husn Hai Suhana’ and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Dance Ka Bhoot’ from Brahmastra.

In an interview with Variety recently, Mahira spoke about her experience while working in India. She said, “I had the most amazing time working in India. I am still in touch with so many people and there’s a lot of love there. Unfortunately, we are easy targets, soft targets, whether it’s us here in Pakistan, whether it’s them there in India. Because we’re artists, and we’re connected by that thread of art, we actually get each other. So we’re trying to look out for each other, more than anything. Even now, we are so careful with what we write on social media. It’s not that we don’t talk to each other. It’s not that we don’t wish each other on our birthdays. It’s not that we don’t meet each other in different countries. It’s not that – it’s just that we are actually not just protecting ourselves but protecting each other.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mahira Khan made her Bollywood debut in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees. She was most recently seen in the blockbuster The Legend Of Maula Jatt with Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi and Humaima Malick.
