Tudum: A Netflix Global Fan Event on Saturday unveiled exclusive news, never-before-seen footage, trailers, and first looks, as well as interviews with Netflix’s biggest stars and creators. The Korean team announced season 2 of Hellbound. Topping Netflix’s global series list following its release last November, fans of dark fantasy drama and the original webtoon series will be pleased to know that Hellbound will soon return for a second season! In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek of Season 2 to make the wait more bearable.

Yoo Ah In starrer Hellbound released on November 19, 2021, on Netflix. The drama also stars Won Jin Ah, Park Jeong Min and Yang Ik June in prominent roles. The 6-episode dystopian drama is adapted from the webtoon of the same name. The writer of the webtoon, Yoon Sang Ho, also directed season 1. The series tells the story of a dystopian world, where humans are subject to damnation in hell based upon a ‘decree’. Those who are decreed upon are sought by three grey giants who then torture and burn the people. These incidents have given rise to a new set of beliefs and cults, the most prominent one being ‘The New Truth’.

This was followed by the announcement of the K-drama The Fabulous. Starring Minho from popular K-pop group SHINee and actress Chae Soo Bin, The Fabulous follows four best friends as they chase their dreams alongside fashion’s elite while juggling demanding jobs, romantic dilemmas and wild nights on the town. In the series, Minho plays Ji Woo Min, a freelance photo editor established in his profession and known for his attractive appearance. However, he struggles with finding a passion for his work. Things change when he encounters Pyo Ji Eun (played by Chae Soo Bin), a PR manager for luxury brands, and the two find themselves in a blossoming romance.

Aside from the compelling plot which takes a hyper-realistic look at love, friendship and dreams, tune into this new series for a stunning visual feast! The premiere date is yet to be announced.

The third was a look at 20th Century Girl, which follows the lives and loves of a 17-year-old girl in 1999. The clip introduces Na Bo Ra, played by Kim Yoo Jung and Poong Woon Ho (Byun Woo Seok) who are sitting on a park bench, with Bo Ra talking about lack of prospects. Woo Ho then tells her that her voice is beautiful, and they lean in for a kiss before being interrupted by a falling plum from the tree above them. Bo Ra then heads home and emails her friend talking about the “poking pain in the corner of my heart” whenever she thinks about her friend Woon Ho. “If this is what people call love, then I think I’m also in love,” she writes.

The movie will drop on Netflix on October 21, following the Busan International Film Festival 2022 premiere on October 5.

For all fans who ship Moon Se Hoon and Shin Ji Yeon, Netflix unveiled a special teaser for Single's Inferno 2. The duo who kept audiences on the edge of their seats with their bittersweet relationship reunited at Tudum for an Inferno Island tour to tease audiences on what’s to come in Season 2. With a longer runtime of 10 episodes, Season 2 will see new hotties make the infamous deserted island their home in hopes of meeting their perfect match.

Netflix also unveiled a preview clip of new show called Physical where 100 male and female contestants battle it out in this new extreme competition series Physical: 100 to claim the honor of best body.
