Comedian Kapil Sharma is known for bringing some of the biggest names from entertainment and beyond onto his popular comedy show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. In a recently released promo, the couch features an unusual yet entertaining mix of guests—actor Malaika Arora, actor-politician Ravi Kishan and internet personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry.
The promo begins with Kapil poking fun at the contrasting personalities of Ravi and Orry. He joked, “Orry and Ravi both are from Mumbai but they both have different personalities. Ravi is shudh desi. Ye apni mitti se chipke rehte hai aur Orry isse milte hai usee chipke rehte hai (Ravi is desi, sticks to his soil, while Orry sticks to the people he meets).”
The joke referenced Orry’s well-known pose of placing his hand on someone’s chest while taking photos. Comedian Krushna Abhishek also joined the banter, reacting to the unusual pairing on stage and saying, “What is this combination?”
Another highlight of the promo comes when Malaika Arora makes her entry on the show. Permanent guest Navjot Singh Sidhu appears particularly delighted to see her. Kapil then asks Malaika, “What is more important in life, being good or mischievous?”
Sidhu quickly jumps in with a playful remark, saying, “Malaika mam is very mischievous, I can’t tell you how much.” Kapil immediately follows it up with a joke, suggesting that Malaika’s mother might not know her as well as Sidhu seems to.
The fun escalates further when Sunil Grover walks onto the stage dressed as Sidhu. Staying in character, he is seen flirting with Malaika, presenting her with roses and even proposing to her while she laughs and plays along with the act.
Towards the end of the segment, Sidhu praises Grover’s impersonation and jokingly remarks, “Manjot Singh tere aage Navjot fail.”
Currently in its fourth season, The Great Indian Kapil Show has hosted several prominent personalities this year, including actors like Priyanka Chopra, Kartik Aaryan and Rani Mukerji, along with cricketers and other celebrities, continuing its tradition of blending star power with comedy.
