On Friday, Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhry took to a verified social media handle to share a lovely picture featuring her contemporary Sonali Bendre. While sharing the photo, Mahima poured her heart out for Bendre as she wrote a heart-warming caption. In her note, she mentioned that Bendre gave a "warmest and longest call" to her after Anupam Kher shared the news of Mahima's cancer diagnosis in June this year.

Interestingly, the Pardes actress said “I love you” to Sonali while adding “YOU = SUNSHINE”. The further caption of the post read, “I ran into sunshine today guys / We all Have always been such big fans of .. of her style, grace, beauty omg her bravery and she’s so inspiring..and so so much more / When @anupampkher shared the news about my cancer detection in june sonali gave me the warmest , longest call, That chat was so calming, comforting I remember I slept like a baby post that .. after a really long time. / Love her”.

In June this year, Kher shared the news of her cancer detection on through a video post on his Instagram feed. In the seven-minute video, Chaudhry talked about her cancer diagnosis with Kher and said that she got to know about the diagnosis during the annual health check-up. In the video, Mahima also said that she was surprised by the number of calls she received to star in projects after losing her hair to the illness.

On the work front, the 48-year-old actress will be next seen in The Signature alongside Anupam Kher. Meanwhile, she also has Kangana Ranaut's Emergency in her kitty, among others.
