After several years of wait, Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt released in theatres on September 9, 2022. Amid much anticipation, the film is estimated to open Rs. 37.50 crores on non-holiday Friday with weekend collections looking solid as well. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, the film has received mixed reviews with the audience calling it a visual spectacle while also admitting that the story and dialogues could have been much better. Hrithik Roshan took to social media to praise the movie.
The actor had stepped out on Friday with his two sons to watch the video. On Saturday, the actor took Twitter and wrote, "The film student in me needs to watch Brahmastra again! The action, the grading, the BGM , the VFX, the sound design uff … Absolutely incredible work !! Too good. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. My congrats to the team !

Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy.
Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan will next star in Vikram Vedha with Saif Ali Khan. Vikram Vedha is presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Reliance Entertainment in association with Friday Filmworks & Jio Studios and a YNOT Studios Production. The film is directed by Pushkar & Gayatri and produced by Bhushan Kumar & S. Sashikanth and Reliance Entertainment. Vikram Vedha will hit the big screens globally on 30th September 2022. The Tamil version of the film, which was released way back in 2017, featured Madhavan in the role of Saif Ali Khan and Vijay Sethupathi in the role of Hrithik Roshan. The film also featured Shraddha Srinath, Kathir, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.
