Bollywood actress Madhur Dixit ruled the industry back in the 90s with her spectacular performances on the silver screen. After making a name for herself in showbiz, the actress tied the knot with US-based doctor Shriram Nene. Today, on October 17, the lovely couple has completed 23 years of togetherness.

Looking at Dr Nene’s Instagram profile, it is quite evident that he never leaves an opportunity to shower love on his actress-wife. Thus, on the occasion of their 23rd wedding anniversary, Nene took to his Instagram feed and shared a throwback picture of himself with Madhuri. Interestingly, Dixit looked drop-dead gorgeous in an olive green saree while flashing her million-dollar smile.

In the caption, Dr Nene quoted Aristotle and wrote, “Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies.” Later, writing an adorable note for the 'Dhak Dhak' girl, he added, “Happy 23rd Anniversary to my beautiful wife aka my heart, my soul, and my life! Every year my love for you keeps growing as we continue together on this wonderful journey of life. I am so grateful for you and the life that we have built together.”

The conclusion of Shriram’s write-up read, “Here’s to many more years of love, happiness, and adventures. I love you so much babe!,” along with a couple of emoji. As soon as he posted the photo, fans of the actress and Insta fam of the doctor flooded the comments section with wishes. “Happy Anniversary to my favorite couple!,” wrote a user while another added, “May bappa bless you both a life long togetherness and happy life”.

For the unversed, Madhuri tied the knot with Shriram in a secret marriage in 1999. Right after the wedding, the actress completed all her work commitments to settle down with her husband in Los Angeles. However, she returned to India in 2011. Talking about her work front, she is currently sitting on the judges’ panel for the popular dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
