Ever since his birth, Taimur Ali Khan has been papped frequently by the media. From his swimming lessons to his outings with his superstar parents Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, the star kid’s movements have always become news. While people love to read about this little Nawab’s schedule, in a recent video that went viral, the kid was seen asking the cameramen to not shoot him. While his comments received a lot of flak on social media, uncle Kunal Kemmu and aunt Saba Ali Khan jumped in to defend their 5 year old nephew.

Just a couple of weeks ago, when Taimur Ali Khan was being papped outside his residence during one of his outings, the little Nawab reacted to the photographers and said ‘band karo’ (shut it down) when they started clicking his photos. While the video of the kid asking the photographers to stop shooting went viral, his action was perceived as ‘rude’ by netizens. In an interview to Bollywood Bubble, the concerned aunt Soha Ali Khan and her husband Kunal Kemmu came in defence of their nephew.

In the said interview, the couple stated that a kid should be treated like a kid and that they should be given the freedom of what they want to do in life. Kunal also went on to add that kids can never be diplomatic and they will be upfront if they do not like something.

On the other hand, Saba Ali Khan Pataudi took to Instagram to share a story in support of her brother-in-law Kunal Kemmu. In the said post, she said, “I was shocked and surprised when people came up to me and said we’re fans of Taimur. Or that we follow him. He was a BABY! Hardly a year. Today, he is a young boy. As I am protective of all the kids, this is no surprise that I was equally shocked at people trolling a 5 year old boy! You chase the children and then when they’re simple, real and honest, the same cute becomes criticism. How come?? Children are growing up. They will change evolve n learn. LET THEM BE. You don’t need to be a fan nor a fanatic critic. God bless ALL kids. Yours n Ours. Amen!”
