Kiara Advani does not often share videos and pictures of her workout on social media. Therefore when she shared a video of her doing a spinning high kick, it had her fans impressed.

Kiara kickstarted her fitness routine after a year-and-a-half and she took to Instagram to announce the news. Owing to the pandemic, gyms and other fitness centers were shut down and fitness took a backseat for many. Kiara was among them as she had to stop training with her Mixed martial arts and Taekwondo coach.

On Tuesday, she shared a video with her trainer Lalit Gurng where she is seen nailing the spinning high kick. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Hats off to him for trusting my kicks. Back with @mma.lalit after a year and a half.” In the video, she tried to remove her trainer's cap with the tip of her toe. She also appreciated her trainer's trust in her when she performed the kick as he did not move or even flinch.

On the work front, Kiara was last seen in the film Indoo Ki Jawani. She will next be seen in Shershaah with Sidharth Malhotra, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Kartik Aaryan, and Jug Jugg Jeeyo with Varun Dhawan.
