Karan Johar to host a grand RRR event in Mumbai with a special ‘Filterrr Coffee’ segment : Bollywood News

RRR has proved to be one of the highly-anticipated films in the history of Indian cinema. The film has everything big and grand, be it the star cast, the production banner or the director. To make the film even grander, the makers are doing the promotions in full swing. Last week, a grand promotional event was organised in Chennai with the entire star cast.

Now, the makers are organising another big promotional event on 19th December in Mumbai. It is touted to be a visual spectacle where the entire cast and crew would come together, along with the bigwigs of the industry. If that wasn’t enough, adding a cherry on the cake, the makers have roped in filmmaker Karan Johar as the host of the evening. Well, when Karan Johar is present one cannot miss on the fun and gossips he brings in with him. The filmmaker will be seen playing a super fun rapid fire round called ‘Filterrr Coffee With Karan’ (similar to his popular show ‘Koffee With Karan’) with the star cast of the film. Superstar Salman Khan will be the guest of honour at the event.

The event will take place abiding by all the Covid-19 protocols and safety measures. it will also witness the super exciting performances of the entire cast. The event will also have a huge number of people coming in and witnessing the interaction.

Directed by S.S Rajamouli, the film has a star-studded lineup. Apart from leas actors Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris will be seen in pivotal roles. While Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody will be in supporting roles. The film is slated for a theatrical release on 7th January, 2022.
