Amidst fueling rumours of her contesting elections in Punjab, the actress has decided to speak her heart out about what she thinks of politics and how she sees a future there.
There have been many media reports stating that Kangana Ranaut may be contesting the elections Gurdaspur constituency which last had the late actor Vinod Khanna occupying the seat until his demise in 2017. Although the actress denied the reports about her joining politics, she didn’t deny the possibility that it may happen in the future. The actress further went on to add that if does join it; she would do it with sophistication, dignity and full focus.
Kangana Ranaut maintained that she isn’t a sissy who would say that politics is too demanding. In fact, she wants the youth of the nation to be trained in it like the way many countries train their citizens to join army in times of need. Further she elaborated that if her country choses her to be a leader she would definitely follow it. She also believes that the Indian youth who are intelligent and fiery always need a good role model they can resonate with.
On the other hand, she also asserted that if she would indeed join politics, she would do everything it takes to follow that path. The actress further mentioned that she wouldn’t even opt for a family or kids or an alternate career if she chooses politics in the future. She believes that she has set a high standard for herself and she also assured that she wouldn’t let anything come in between her service to the nation.
As for films, Kangana Ranaut will next be seen in Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi that is slated to hit the theatres on January 25, next year.
