A health scare has not broken the iconic star Dharmendra’s spirit. Now out of the hospital he seems undefeated by his health setback.
Says the ever-green star, “It’s the love of my friends and well-wishers that has kept me going for so long. I think I am blessed. I was in and out of hospital in no time. They couldn’t keep me in
there for long. There were too many people praying for my recovery.”
The star, known to be an epitome of compassion says he’s sorry to have worried his family. “They were very disturbed by my health issue. For their sake more than my own I’m happy to have recovered.”
Dharmendra who has lately not been seen on screen would be back in theatres next month playing a stellar role in a comedy entitled Second Hand Husband.
Speaking about the film Dharamji says, “My fans have given me the name of Garam Dharam. And in my new film I play a really garam role. I am an incorrigible flirt in the film. I think now I am far more garam than I used to be.”
