So as Anjana returns to the big screen with her fitter, hotter, sexier avatar, she talks to us about what prompted this makeover.

The Golmaal Returns actress said that this was not an intentional move at all and that she wouldn’t brand this as a transformation. “Fitness is an actor’s inherent part of life and one does not wake up suddenly and hit the gym. I was always into fitness but for a some time I did not do out and out glamorous role as I always played the nice, girl next door. We were trying different looks and this one clicked. So we were like, hey..let’s go ahead with this,” she explains.The talented actress is currently working on a film but this fab new look is not for the same. Anjana is charting a new territory on digital platform and we will see her transforming on screen with this outing.

“Everything is going digital and it’s interesting to explore this genre. This is not to say that I am going to go all bold on this platform but web gives you an opportunity to portray yourself without getting censored. I am coming up with something new in this territory very soon,” she asserts. So, we would see her pushing an envelope through her brand new web series and we can’t wait for the same.

The gorgeous actress did solid weight training with Keto diet for a whole year but she would not recommend everyone to do the same. “Every body is different and not all diets suit everyone. One should understand that first and then go for a diet or fitness regime.” A secret to Anjana’s fitness is being consistent and changing exercise routine periodically and not letting the body get used to one particular thing.
