Former diva Juhi Chawla may not be frequenting the silver screen like before but the actress continues to promote a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, she also works towards several causes that she truly believes in. Just taking her love for fitness a step further Juhi, who was off on a trip to Maldives, ended up exploring some great workout regimes for herself.
Juhi Chawla brought in her festivities by spending time with her family in Maldives. While she did not bombard her social media account with pictures, she did give us a sneak peek into her new found love for the workout techniques. Impressed by anti-gravity yoga, Juhi took a few sessions of the same under a tutor whilst she was in Maldives. She even posted a picture of the same on social media saying, “Turn your world upside down..take a break from reality! #Maldives.”
While she has come across this technique a little too often on the internet, Juhi maintained that she was pretty apprehensive when she started the session. However, she appreciated her tutor Dr Jitendra Digraje and others for teaching them anti-gravity yoga step by step and by the end of it she explained the experience as refreshing and stated that she felt light as a feather and two inches taller. Furthermore, Juhi has also urged everyone to try this out irrespective of their age and weight. She believes that even though the moves look complicated, she asserted that it is indeed easy and safe for everyone between the ages 6 to 60.
Yet another method that Juhi Chawla was left impressed by is aqua yoga. According to her, this form of yoga that is practiced in a swimming pool is much more effective and brings double the result compared to similar exercises in a gym. She also added that these techniques are beneficial to the core, the limbs as well as body balance.
