Gulshan Devaiah and Kalki Koechlin are reportedly reuniting for an upcoming project, marking their first on-screen collaboration in over a decade. The two actors, who have shared screen space in the past, are said to be reuniting for an OTT series currently in development.
As per reports, the upcoming project is believed to be a web series being mounted for a major streaming platform. While the makers have not officially confirmed the development yet, the series is expected to go on floors in Mumbai later this month. Details regarding the title, storyline, and supporting cast have been kept under wraps for now.
A source close to the project said that the actors have been in touch over the years and have discussed working together again. “They’ve always wanted to collaborate again, but only if the script offered something different,” the source shared. The insider also hinted that the show will explore a genre neither actor has previously attempted together. “It’s not the kind of series you’d expect them to do. The team is keeping things confidential at this stage, but the shoot schedule is being worked out and is likely to begin by the end of February,” the source added.
Gulshan and Kalki have previously been part of films like That Girl in the Yellow Boots, Shaitan and A Death in the Gunj. Their past work together has remained memorable among audiences, and the news of another collaboration has already created buzz in entertainment circles.
