The 20th International Childhood Cancer Day (ICCD) is being celebrated on 15th February 2021 with the purpose of spreading awareness about the High Curability of Childhood Cancer. Ritiesh and Genelia Deshmukh spent time at the pediatric ward of Tata Memorial Hospital to motivate the children and spread awareness on childhood cancer. The couple has always been a step ahead of the others for social causes and this time too, they spent some quality time with the kids there.
The ICCD, which is celebrated every year, is the opportunity to pay tribute and honor to those currently facing the disease, those who lost their lives as well as survivors of childhood cancer. It’s also a time to celebrate and reflect upon the past successes and work together, collaborate for the improvement of Childhood Cancer Survival globally.
