Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol were last seen in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara along with Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, and Kalki Koechlin. The duo was seen playing childhood buddies who head out on a road trip across Spain. While the film is considered a cult film for multiple reasons, one of the best parts about it has to be the fact that both Hrithik Roshan and Abhay Deol voiced the song ‘Senorita’, along with Farhan Akhtar.
The song is one of the grooviest tracks till date and has managed to stay in all our playlists even after all these years. However, Farhan Akhtar in his recent promotional interview for The Sky Is Pink revealed that he asked Abhay never to sing a song after ‘Senorita’. Farhan was so impressed by his vocals, that he wanted to keep the exclusivity intact and requested him never to voice another song.
The Sky Is Pink also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Rohit Saraf, and Zaira Wasim in lead roles and is slated to release on October 11.
