Sussanne Khan hosted a grand yet deeply personal Christmas celebration at her residence, bringing together family members, close friends and their children for an evening that was as emotional as it was festive. Glimpses from the celebration were shared by her sister, jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali, who offered fans an inside look at the gathering through photos and videos on Instagram.
The celebration saw the presence of the Khan siblings, including Zayed Khan and Simone Arora (Khan), along with their father, veteran actor and filmmaker Sanjay Khan. Cousin Fardeen Khan was also part of the festivities. Adding to the star presence, Hrithik Roshan—Sussanne’s former husband—attended the bash with his girlfriend Saba Azad. The pictures also featured Sussanne’s children and other kids from the family, all of whom appeared to be thoroughly enjoying the celebrations, lending the evening a warm, family-centric vibe.
While the party was filled with music, laughter and dancing, it also carried a strong emotional undercurrent. In one of the videos shared by Farah, she and Sussanne are seen getting visibly emotional while looking at a photograph of their mother, Zarine Khan, who passed away last month. The poignant moment stood in contrast to another clip that showed the sisters dancing together, reflecting how the evening balanced grief, remembrance and celebration.
Sharing her thoughts, Farah wrote in her caption, “When Christmas is about family and close friends. Last night was magical with all our children, parents and friends. Suss you are an amazing hostess and the evening was magical just the way it was supposed to be.” She accompanied the message with hashtags like #blessed and #merrychristmas, along with multiple heart emojis.

Farah later took to her Instagram Stories to express how deeply the family continues to miss their mother. Posting another update, she wrote, “About last night <3 <3 <3 Love you @suzkr… Mummsy is always with us <3,” tagging their late mother’s Instagram account and adding a hug emoji.
Sussanne Khan’s Christmas bash stood out not just for its guest list, but for the emotions it captured—serving as a reminder that the festive season is as much about togetherness and healing as it is about celebration.
