Main Hoon Na, starring Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is widely regarded as a film with numerous memorable characters that have left a lasting impact on audiences. Directed by Farah Khan, the 2004 action-comedy-drama not only showcased Shah Rukh Khan's charismatic presence but also introduced viewers to a diverse ensemble cast, each portraying a unique and unforgettable role. One of the characters was Miss Kaker, played by veteran actress Bindu.

Recently, in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Bindu recalled working on the Farah Khan directorial. Besides that, she also talked about Shah Rukh Khan and shared a sweet gesture from him that left her “moved.” While describing him, Bindu asserted, “He is a very sweet, very gentle person. Being a senior artiste, he used to give me a lot of respect.”

Speaking of a particular incident, Bindu said, “We were shooting in Darjeeling for Main Hoon Na. All of us were standing there after the rehearsal while the camera setup was being done. He saw that I was standing under the scorching sun. He didn’t call any spot boy and picked up a chair and came to me with it. He said, ‘Madam, baithiye (Mam, please sit). It was such a nice gesture. I was so moved.”

Speaking of the professional front, the 82-year-old actress was last seen in Ajay Devgn, Manisha Koirala and Sanjay Dutt’s Mehbooba. It was released back in 2008.
