From television to reality shows, Shalin Bhanot has made a mark and is known face in the television industry. But with Bigg Boss 16, he wanted the world to know about him. The show is already in news for many reasons and Shalin can easily be one of the reasons. From his relationship with Sumbul to his confession for co-contestant Tina Datta to his past relationship with former wife Dalljiet Kaur, he has been garnering attention. In a recent exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Shaleen was seen speaking about what his feelings were before entering the Bigg Boss.

In this candid conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Shalin Bhanot expressed his desire to be in Bigg Boss 16 was to try something new and how he aims at being in the industry. “It’s been quite some time since I’ve had an adrenaline rush so I guess this is it. I was in Australia when the makers called me and I am still wondering I have actually said ‘yes’ to Bigg Boss. Jokes apart, my grandfather, father, brother all have been at the top of their industry when it comes to their work and now it’s my turn to do the same so that post this when they go out, people recognize them as Shalin’s father or Shalin’s brother!

However, let us tell you that he had no idea what Bigg Boss was all about. “I have never seen any of the previous seasons of the show. I think my biggest challenge would be is to stay away from my comforts, my strengths like loved ones, family, etc. So I am just spending time with family because I know I will really miss them.” He also further added about its unpredictable nature saying, “Besides that there is nothing else you can do to prepare yourself for Bigg Boss, it’s a show that cannot be predicted. Right now I would only be making guesses till I have actually been a part of the house and lived a season.”

Coming to household chores, although he is not experienced, the actor was confident that they could power through. “I don’t do household chores generally but I have been pretty independent. Though I wouldn’t say that I am great with household chores but kar lenge!”

“No fears! I love thrill so this too is something exciting. I am planning to just be myself, go in have a good time and entertain my audience as well as those around me as I move ahead in the maze towards the trophy,” were his concluding thoughts.
