In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, the trio talked about the movie, the digital age, their relationship with social media and what has changed in them over the years.

Recalling her childhood years, Ananya Panday said that she was always fascinated by the camera but something shifted in her teenage years. She said, “I loved it. I remember my dad (Chunky Pandey) had a flip video camera. I realised you could see yourself in it. I was very small… maybe 2 or something and I wasn’t even speaking properly. I was so fascinated by seeing myself on screen,” and added, “I always wanted to see myself on the big screen. I think I was very confident until I was like 10. Then you become a teenager and become insecure and conscious. In my teenage years and until I started working, I never performed. I was always in the background in school if we were doing a school performance. Something changed in me and I became shy, conscious and awkward.”

In the same conversation, Ananya Panday talked about her 2024 resolution and said, "I would like to be consistent with therapy. It's something that I started this year. I want to carry it forward even if there's nothing that bad happening in my life. I still want to be consistent with it and follow through because it has made a big difference in my life."

Directed by newcomer Arjun Varain Singh, who also co-wrote it with Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, the film chronicles the lives of three twenty-something friends, Imaad (Siddhant Chaturvedi), Ahana (Ananya Panday) and Neil (Adarsh Gourav), as they explore the digital world and support one another in their search for authenticity amidst their virtual lives. Produced by Excel Entertainment’s Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and Tiger Baby’s Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, the film invites viewers to explore the complexities of online existence as a young adult.
