Veteran actor Jackie Shroff is celebrating his 65th birthday today. On the occasion, Bollywood Hungama has put together a compilation of the several interactions the actor has had with us over the years.
The actor recalled that on the sets of King Uncle which was produced by Rakesh Roshan, a very young Hrithik Roshan was always in close proximity to the actor. “Hrithik has been our little baby. When I was shooting for King Uncle, Hrithik was the one who used to come and give me the dialogues and made me understand how to speak and all that. He’s got lots of love from me and he has seen me from then.”
In terms of career, Jackie Shroff made his Bollywood debut in 1973 alongside actor Dev Anand in the film Heera Panna. In addition to Devdas, Parinda, and 1942: A Love Story, the actor appeared in a number of other films. In 1987, Jackie married Ayesha Shroff. Tiger Shroff is the couple's son, while Krishna Shroff is the couple's daughter.
