Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam, known for their expressive performances, brought a heartfelt connection to the screen in the newly released song “Qubool” from the upcoming film Haq. The track, presented by Junglee Music (a division of Times Music), showcases a tender side of the film’s narrative, with music composed by Vishal Mishra.
“Qubool” stands out as one of Mishra’s most emotional compositions to date. Written by lyricist Kaushal Kishore and sung by Armaan Khan, the song captures the quiet emotions of love—told through unspoken words, glances, and longing. The music plays a central role in Haq, setting the tone for its emotional journey, with more songs like “Dil Tod Gaya Tu” and other unreleased tracks contributing to the film’s mood.
Speaking about the track, Emraan Hashmi shared, "There’s a certain magic when music becomes the soul of a film, and “Qubool” does exactly that. Vishal has created a melody that’s filled with emotion and beautifully supports the heart of our story.” Yami Gautam added,
"Qubool is one of those songs that lives in the quiet moments—unsaid words, glances, and silences. It reflects my character’s vulnerability and strength. Performing to it was about expressing love, but also about channeling the emotional storm within.” Composer Vishal Mishra said, "The music of Haq is rooted in emotion and inspired by Indian melodies and raagas. Qubool is an expression of love that blends tradition with a modern touch. I wanted the song to feel pure, intimate, and cinematic—to let the music speak when words fall short.” Mandar Thakur, CEO of Times Music/Junglee Music, commented, "We’re excited to present Qubool as the first release from Haq. “Qubool” is now available on all major streaming platforms and YouTube via Junglee Music. The film Haq, produced by Junglee Pictures in association with Insomnia Films and Baweja Studios, is directed by Suparn Verma and is set to release in cinemas on November 7.
