BTS drops second interactive concept photos from ‘BE’ that feature member Jimin in a room full of flowers

Interactive concept photos by BTS - such an innovative way to promote their upcoming album 'BE (Deluxe Edition)'. As the month of November is progressing, BTS has begun rolling out their promotional concept photos. But, this time, they are explaining their concept themselves. After kicking off the week with V's stunning photos, the second member is Jimin who has his version of the room.

In his voice notes, Jimin introduces himself and describes his room. "Hello everyone. Welcome to Jimin's room. I'm curator, Jimin," he says. "This is a beautiful room, full of flowers. The entire space is covered with stunning blooms, but the highlight of this room stands out for its plain simplicity. I like the ideas that are clearly expressed. If you look at this room, you can easily see that in contrast to the beautiful flowers, I am colourless. I wanted to highlight this contrast in a way that's impossible to miss. I hope you like it."

Furthermore, Jimin explains the reason he curated this all-black outfit for the concept photo and adds, "I tried an outfit devoid of colours to make it stand out from the warm tones of the flowers around me. I think the overall balance in this room, I wanted both myself and the flowers to look their best for the ARMY. How did I do?"

The 25-year-old musician further talks about the vibe of the room and what represents him the best. "What objects in this room do you think best represent me? I think the overall balance of colours in this room instead of any particular object shows who I am. The monochrome outfit and the colourful flowers strike a stark contrast but they all speak loudly of their existence through this balance," he says.

Park Jimin's room is aesthetically so beautiful. Sitting in a room full of contrasting flowers, it doesn't take away from the fact that he is trying to tell a story that he feels striking a balance is very important in life. As it is known that BTS dived into this album amid the quarantine period after their Map Of The Soul tour was postponed, each BTS member participated in the making of the album. During the course of time, they also learnt a lot about themselves. Since their title track 'Life Goes On' reflects a similar sentiment, Jimin seems to be acknowledging the fact that how important it is to strike balance in life in order to move forward in life. His theme looks very relatable as all of us are in a similar boat - trying to move forward one step at a time. It is an encouraging thought. (P.S - PARK JIMIN IS SO BEAUTIFUL)

BTS' 'BE (Deluxe Edition)' is set to release on November 20, 2020.
