Bigg Boss Season 16 started with a bang in October this year. The tasks for nominations, captaincy and ration made sure that the audience of the controversial show do get what they got in the previous seasons - masala and entertainment. Among many other contestants, Shiv Thakare, who is also the winner of Bigg Boss Marathi Season 2, is constantly winning hearts for his stint in the show. In the recent episode, his co-contenders including Sajid Khan, Soundarya Sharma, and Archana Gautam, lauded his performance and stated that he “possesses a great will to win.”
It all happened when Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh visited the house to promote their upcoming movie Ved. They played a compatibility game with the contestants. During the game, they asked Archana Gautam and Soundarya Sharma as to who they see emerging as the winner. Both of them said ‘Shiv Thakare’.
Later, Riteish gave a task wherein they had to comment on who has the most amount of Ved (craze) about something and why? While talking about Shiv, Sajid Khan said “Shiv has Ved about Bigg Boss. He is very dedicated to the show and possesses a great will to win the show.” While reacting to the same, Riteish agreed and added that Shiv Thakare is his favourite contestant.
Apart from this, last night's episode also saw host Salman Khan slamming MC Stan and Shalin Bhanot for openly using abusive language in the Bigg Boss house. Khan also announced the eviction of Ankit Gupta. For the unversed, Ankit Gupta, Tina Datta, Sreejita De, and Vikkas Manaktala were nominated.
In the upcoming episode of the show, it is speculated that popular host and actor Maniesh Paul will join the stage with Salman Khan. A report by Pinkvilla claims that the duo shot for the special episode on Thursday, which was December 22. However, it is worth mentioning that the makers have not shared a promo hinting at the same, so far.
