The trailer of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was launched in a grand fashion and amid madness at Jaipur’s iconic single screen theatre, Raj Mandir. It was attended by Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Triptii Dimri, director Anees Bazmee and producer Bhushan Kumar.
The OG Monjolika Vidya Balan got a rousing response when she was introduced by the anchor. Vidya was in her element, and she loudly said, “Hi Jaipur.”
She then raised laughs, “Firstly, I want to say thank you very, very much to Anees bhai for bringing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Nahin toh main…”
She started laughing and once she was done, she completed her statement, “Bhushan pe haavi ho jaati! Possess kar leti Bhushan ko!”
Bhushan Kumar and the others laughed at her joke. On a serious note, Vidya Balan said, “Thank you Bhushan for bringing this to me. I have come back to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 franchise after 17 years. It makes me very happy. In these 17 years, this film has given me a lot of love but today, I feel that for the next 17 years, mujhe isse bhi zyada pyaar milne waala hai.”
Vidya Balan continued, “Kartik mentioned that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022) was shot in Jaipur. Even the first part was entirely shot here. Hence, Jaipur aur Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 ka purana rishta hai. Maybe, that’s why we are launching our trailer here.”
The crowd continued to cheer for her. On this, she quipped, “Yeh sab theek hai. Theatre mein pahuchna pehli tareek ko. Nahin toh Monjulika aa jayegi!”
Madhuri Dixit couldn’t make it, but her video was played. Another surprise was Rajpal Yadav getting an insane reception as soon as he was welcomed at the stage.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 releases in cinemas on November 1.
