Anupam Kher unveils star-studded soundtrack for Tanvi The Great ahead of Cannes premiere; watch : Bollywood News

Anupam Kher is making a comeback as a director after 23 years. After his directorial debut with Om Jai Jagdish, Kher is now directing and producing Tanvi The Great. The film is set to make its world premiere at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Following the recent release of the first look, Kher has now shared an exciting lineup of artists who have contributed to the film’s soundtrack.

On April 21, Anupam Kher shared photos with the talented musicians of Tanvi The Great on his official Instagram account. In the caption, he wrote, “ANNOUNCEMENT: Proud to announce the BRILLIANT singers of TANVI THE GREAT!
I spent almost a year with the Great #MMKeeravani sir and recorded all the songs of the film before we even started shooting for the film.”

He stated, “With the magic of Keeravani sir, we have the most melodious music for #TanviTheGreat. And our singers are a great mix of legends and newcomers. #SonuNigam and #Shaan are personal friends apart from being great legendary singers. I have heard #RajPandits soulful singing since he was a child! Ramya and Nayana are on the rise in the music world. Shagun and Gomathi will be making their debut with #TanviTheGreat!! Amazing voices with an amazing future!”

Additionally, Anupam Kher’s directorial Tanvi The Great features an English track sung by Shannon K, the daughter of the legendary Kumar Sanu, alongside Dirty Grim. He added, “There is an English track sung by Los Angeles based Very talented Shannon and Dirty Grim! There is a special singer Ms. Kumudwathi Aparajitha! Album also includes a soulful song my Keeravani sir himself! My heart and soul - both are singing! Waiting for the world to listen to these unbelievable voices! Jai Ho!”

Produced by Anupam Kher Studio and NDFC, Tanvi The Great stars Iain Glen, Sammy Jonas Heaney, and Vrinda Kher. While the film is set to premiere at Cannes, the official date for its theatrical release has not yet been announced by the makers.
