“Its Alia’s world and we are just living in it”- Kangana Ranaut praises Alia Bhatt’s performance in Raazi : Bollywood News

Kangana Ranaut, who is busy shooting for her next Mental Hai Kya, recently took some time off to watch Alia Bhatt starrer Raazi. The film, which has reached 100 crore club, is most definitely left a mark for female-led films in the industry. Kangana Ranaut, who has also given success with Queen and Tanu Weds Manu franchise, is all praises for Alia Bhatt and called her undisputed queen.

After catching a special screening at a suburban multiplex on May 28, Kangana Ranaut said that she loved Alia Bhatt's performance. Praising Raazi, Kangana said: “I really liked Raazi. It was awesome. Meghna (Gulzar) did a splendid job with the film. I have no words to express the performance of Alia (Bhatt) in the film. She is so good in the film. Meghna and Alia invited me to the trial of their film but I couldn’t attend it because I was busy shooting for my film, then I promised them that I will watch the film soon. I am going to send Alia a congratulatory message for her film. I think Alia is most definitely the undisputed queen. Its Alia’s world and we are just living in it.”

"Apart from being a female-led film, it is a good story. With stories like these and crossing 100 crore, this gives direction to good stories. It is very encouraging,” Kangana added.

Kangana Ranaut, who is starring as Rani Lakshmibai in Manikarnika- The Queen of Jhansi, is planning to release the film this year. When asked whether her film will also create the same magic onscreen, Kangana said, “When I watch another actor’s work, I don’t compare my film with the film that I am watching and when I watch a film then, I only think about that actor. This film’s cast and crew deserve all the credit for the success of the film.”

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika- The Queen of Jhansi is being directed by Krish and produced by Zee Studios in association with Kamal Jain & Nishant Pitti.
