The celebrity book of style has varied chapters. The fairly new and evolving concept of airport fashion aims at blending comfort with style and making travelling a chicer than usual affair. Since travelling is an inseparable part of their job description, additionally they also travel for those unwinding sojourns, away from the media glare and snapping shutterbugs. Unfailingly, these celebs dole out style lessons for mere mortals like us. This week saw the celebrities greet the sweltering heat and sun with a bright smile and a stunning style game in tow. The vibes that these celebrities chose this week included flirty summery prints, the trusty monochrome, classics like stripes. This week Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana opted for the trusty monochrome. Karisma Kapoor and Kiara Advani chose athleisure while Athiya Shetty and Diana Penty imbibed those classic stripes. Sonam Kapoor, Malaika Arora and Shruti Haasan flirted with chic summery dresses.

Kareena teamed a slogan tee with the caption, ‘I Am Not A Chick Flick’ white tee with fitted black denim, a cap and Nike sneakers. A black tote rounded out her fuss-free monochrome look.

Karan jetted in and out of the city in athleisure separates. Different Fanny packs were the perfect accessories.

Ayushmann teamed a white tee with dark blue denim, white sneakers and broke the monotony of this basic look with a green coloured jacket and shades.

Celebrity Airport Style - Karisma Kapoor

Karisma teamed a white tee with side striped black lounge pants and a sleeveless jacket. A large black tote and white sneakers paired well with sleek hair, bright lips and large sunnies. Styled by Esha Amiin, Karisma was seen breaking the notion of sweatpants and leggings as the only way to achieve on-flight ease with an appliqué dress and jacket by Sahil Kochhar from his Autumn/Winter ‘18 collection. Nude pumps, large sunnies and a handbag rounded out her chic look.

Kiara picked out the athleisure vibe by teaming a white cami, grey lounge pants and an oversized pink jacket. Futuristic frames, a tote and sneakers rounded out her look.

Athiya teamed a graphic cropped tee with high waist beige striped pants. A leather jacket, sneakers, small black sling and sunnies with pink lips and sleek hair rounded out her look.

Going back to basics, Diana teamed a black tank top with frayed and faded denim, white sneakers. She layered the look with a striped blazer and opted for sleek hair and barely-there makeup rounding out the look with a black handbag.

Styled by Rhea Kapoor, Sonam zoomed straight from promotions to the airport and teamed Huda Al Nuaimi printed separates featuring a crop top and a maxi skirt. A bag with comfortable looking shoes, large sunnies and oversized sunnies rounded out her look.

Styled by Maneka Ramsinghani, Malaika sported a summery white delicately handcrafted white dress from Swoon Designs. Large sunnies and side swept hair rounded out her travel look.

Shruti teamed a printed summery dress with white sneakers, a slouchy handbag, no makeup and half updo.
