Aishwarya Rai Bachchan insists on coming home for Diwali and for her daughter’s birthday : Bollywood News

November is a month of triple celebrations in the Bachchan household. On November 1, it was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's birthday followed by Diwali and then daughter Aaradhya's birthday on November 16.

"And why are you forgetting my father's birthday? It's on Novembver 20. So we celebrate the entire month," Aishwarya laughs with joy.

While Aishwarya was unable to be home for her own birthday she has ensured she returns in time for Diwali, her daughter and her father's birthday later this month.

Birthday was in London on the sets of Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Aishwarya's mother and daughter had accompanied her for the shooting. Abhishek flew in to London for his wife's birthday.

"It was a warm wonderful birthday. My husband and my producer Karan made sure of that," says Aishwarya.

She returns next week in time for Diwali. "Diwali has to be at home, no matter what. The family has to be together for that occasion. Or at least we try to be. But all of us have our own crazy schedules. Sometimes it becomes impossible to fulfill family obligations. But we try our best." sighs Aishwarya.
