Aamir Khan’s trainers RUBBISH the rumors of him taking steroids

From 97 Kilograms to 6 packs, Aamir Khan amassed approbation for his unbelievable transformation for his film Dangal. But there were few who criticised Mr. Perfectionist accusing him of taking steroids to achieve the kind of body he has. In an exclusive interview with Content Head Broadband, Faridoon Shahryar, trainers of Mr. Khan, Rahul Bhatt and Rakesh Udiyar get into detailed conversation regarding the procedure of Aamir's transformation.

Rahul Bhatt's open challenge to the people who are saying Aamir has taken steroids is that he'll provide steroids to the same people and if they can achieve the same result using steroids what Aamir has achieved. He adds, "There are no steroids, pills or injections for discipline and perseverance. Aamir has two most important factors called discipline and perseverance which normal human beings don't have. They think an injection or magic potion pills can take care of these things. He has that, world class people have these qualities."

Rakesh Udiyar also explains the same by adding, "Technically in a week you can lose one Kilo and 24 Kilos in 6 months. It's not a big target and I don't think you need steroids for this. Agar aap nahi kar paate ho toh dusro ko blame mat kijiye. Not possible aisa koi word hi nahi hai. It's nothing that's impossible."

Both Rakesh and Rahul said that people can make tall claims to gain their few moments of fame but what Aamir has achieved through his dedication is unique and one should not indulge in cheap publicity gimmicks. See the video interview with Rahul and Rakesh to witness their views.
