The two new releases - LOOT and MILEY NAA MILEY HUM - opened to dismal houses across the country. While LOOT was slightly better at some single screens [15% to 20%], the response to MILEY NAA MILEY HUM was as low as 5% to 10%. The films will have to show a massive pickup over the weekend, if they have to post respectable numbers during the week.
Meanwhile, RA.ONE continued to dominate the box-office; it was better than the new releases. But the business fell drastically on Friday.
