Dhobi Ghat is not what you'd normally expect from Aamir Khan. It is a film without a gripping storyline, instead a story about normal people and how they go about living their lives. In Dhobi Ghat the story unfolds just like events in real life, things don't happen in any order or for any reason. Not every story has an explanation attached to it, so many questions are left unanswered. A brave film, not conventional - definitely not for a Bollywood film. A big risk taken by the makers and likely to be a failure at the box-office, won't go down too well with Bollywood fans.
