RRR theme song 'Dosti' to be out on August 1; 5 leading singers collaborate for the music video

SS Rajamouli's upcoming directorial, RRR is the most-anticipated and awaited Pan-India film. The makers have now announced another fresh update on the movie - A massive theme song to be unveiled on August 1st, titled, 'Dosti'.

Taking to their social media, the film team shared, "The First Song from #RRRMovie on August 1st, 11 AM. #Dosti  An @mmkeeravaani Musical.???? Sung by @ItsAmitTrivedi . Earlier today the makers had revealed that the film's title song will bring together India's finest singers from across all industries, which sounds nothing less than Massive!

 

They wrote, "5 Languages. 5 Leading Singers. India's finest voices panning across regions join hands to Sing & Shoot a Music Video for #RRRMovie theme song???????? An @MMKeeravaani Musical." Announcement at 11 AM.

India's biggest music labels - Bhushan Kumar's T-Series and Lahari Music, have now bagged the music rights of the magnum opus RRR.

 

The film is a period drama like never before, a fictional take on the younger days of celebrated freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharamaraju. A blockbuster in the making, the makers of the film have managed to create hype with the posters and the recently released glimpse of the world of RRR which adds to the fact that this film is filled with grandeur and promises to be a huge blockbuster.

 

The film has an ensemble cast from multiple industries and boasts of names like NTR Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt. Produced by DVV Danayya, RRR is directed by India's most celebrated filmmaker SS Rajamouli.

 

PEN Studios has bagged the theatrical distribution rights across North India and has also bought worldwide electronic rights for all languages. Pen Marudhar will be distributing the film in the North Territory.

 

The much-awaited Pan-India film will have a worldwide release on the festive occasion of Dussehra, October 13, 2021.
