Sanjay Dutt and Prabhas starrer horror comedy is not titled Royal; will have a budget of Rs. 250 cr!

Excitement continues to build around the much-anticipated collaboration between Sanjay Dutt and Prabhas in a horror-comedy film, to be directed by Maruthi. While fans eagerly await an official confirmation, there have been reports about the film’s title being Royal. However, as per our sources, the news isn’t true as the makers haven’t decided on the title yet.

Reports also claim that the movie in question is made in a low budget of only Rs 50 crores. But Bollywood Hungama has exclusively learnt that it’s a big budget movie that will be mounted at a cost of around Rs 250 crores.

 

Sanjay Dutt’s first south collaboration happened last year with filmmaker Prashanth Neel’s KGF Chapter 2, where he played the negative character of Adheera. The second movie in the KGF franchise that starred Yash in the lead became a mammoth hit all over India. Dutt will be next seen in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan. Directed by Atlee Kumar and slated to release on September 7, Dutt will play a cameo in the pan-India flick.

 

Prabhas, on the other hand, is currently on the big screens with his latest release, Adipurush. The Om Raut directorial is an adaptation of the ancient Indian epic Ramayana and it also features Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan.
