JGM: Vijay Deverakonda, Pooja Hegde starrer goes on floor

Puri Jagannadh’s highly anticipated directorial, JGM has been in the news for the grand scale in which the film will be made. The pan India film is a high octane action entertainer and stars superstar Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. Now joining the stellar cast will actress Pooja Hegde who was last seen in films like Radhe Shyam and Beast recently. While the actress already has popular Bollywood projects like Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and Cirkus in her kitty, she has bagged yet another massive film.

JGM is expected to go on floors now and in order to mark the beginning of the shoot schedule, the makers shared a special video on social media. Puri Jagannadh took to YouTube to share a one minute video of the crew at work as they welcome Pooja Hegde on board for the film. On the other hand, Pooja took to Instagram to share a photo from the sets of the film along with the same video. She also captioned it saying, “Power packed and how!!! ????? Super excited for this one. As you can see in the video, Pooja Hegde has joined the team for the shoot of the film but Vijay Deverakonda is busy with other projects. Interestingly, this will be the first time that viewers will witness the chemistry between Pooja and Vijay onscreen.

 

As for the film, they will commence with the first shoot schedule today, i.e. on June 4 along. The film will feature Pooja Hegde in a never-before-seen action-packed role. The shoot schedule of the action entertainer is expected to start in Mumbai and will continue across multiple international locations.

 

Produced by Charmme Kaur, Vamshi Paidipally under the banner Puri Connects & Srikara Studios Production, JGM is written and directed by Puri Jagannadh. It is set to release in cinemas on August 3, 2023 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, & Malayalam.
