In a promotional activity ahead of its theatrical release, the makers of The Great Grand Superhero have created a ground installation using 10,000 saplings at The Cube Club, Ahmedabad, forming the film's title in a large-format visual. The activity has been recognized with a Golden World Record for the "Largest Formation of Letters Through Plants on Ground."
The film features Jackie Shroff as a grandfather at the centre of a story where a child's imagination transforms a grandfather-grandson relationship into an adventure involving aliens. The trailer was launched across three cities: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Delhi.
The film is directed by Manish Saini, a three-time National Award winner. The cast also includes Prateik Smita Patil, Bhagyashree Dasani, Sharat Saxena, Mihir Godbole, Durgesh Kumar, Saharsh Shukla, Shivansh Chorge, and Kumar Saurabh alongside Jackie Shroff.
The 10,000-sapling installation at The Cube Club, Ahmedabad, marks an early promotional effort for the film, which is positioned as India's first featuring a grandfather superhero. The Golden World Record recognition adds to the campaign's visibility ahead of the release.
Written and directed by Manish Saini and produced by Zee Studios and Amdavad Films, The Great Grand Superhero releases in theatres on May 29, 2026.
