AK 63: Ajith Kumar and Tabu to reunite after 24 years? Here’s what we know!

Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar recently wrapped up the Azerbaijan schedule of his next project Vidaa Muyarchi. Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the film stars Arjun Das, Trisha Krishnan, Regina Cassandra, Arun Vijay, Arjun Sarja and Arav in pivotal roles. However, while this project is in production, he is already in talks for his next. In AK 63, he is reportedly reuniting with Tabu after 24 years.

Several reports have previously revealed that Ajith will be collaborating with director Adhik Ravichandran for the eagerly anticipated AK 63, produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Now, sources have revealed that he is reuniting with Tabu, previously loved for their chemistry in Kandukondain Kandukondein in 2000.

 

Apart from Tabu, the film will also star SJ Suryah in a pivotal role, while Arvind Swamy takes on the role of the antagonist. Reports reveal that the makers recently did the mahurat puja for the film. The official confirmation for the film is yet to be made.

 

Meanwhile, Tabu will next star in Neeraj Pandey’s sixth directorial venture, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha. Reuniting with Ajay Devgn, the film will release in theatres on April 26, 2024!
