WOW! Katrina Kaif channels her inner BRIDE with sister Isabelle
To imagine Katrina Kaif as a bride will break millions of hearts but yes, she looks ethereal as one! The Tiger Zinda Hai actress turned bride for Brides Today magazine and looks drop dead gorgeous, needless to say. She is joined by her sister Isabelle on the cover. Kat and Isa are sporting Tarun Tahiliani couture with heavy embroidered work, sequins and all the baubles you could possibly think of. Both the blouse and lehenga have heavy work and delicate floral patterns sewn in. The theme of the cover is ‘Love is in full bloom’ and the pastel shades turn the smashing ladies into perfect summer brides. We also dig the amazing jadau jewellery worn by the ladies.
One look at the cover and we are reminded of the real life Bollywood bride Anushka Sharma’s wedding ensemble. Anushka’s Sabyasachi creation had a similar floral pattern and pastel shades. She looked both classy and regal, just like Katrina and Isabelle. Looks like the ‘full bloom, flower patterns’ are trending right now and we won’t be surprised if this style is copied throughout the year!
On professional front, Katrina is busy with Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero and Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan. She also has a dance movie, which has a potential to be the next blockbuster, lined up. Varun Dhawan will share screen space with her and the film will be produced by T-Series.
Interestingly, Isabelle is also starting filmy career with Sooraj Pancholi. It also is a dance movie directed by Remo’s long-time assistant Stanley D’Costa. The film is called Time To Dance and the lead couple will showcase western and Latin American dance styles like Zumba, Salsa and Bachata in it.
