Kareena Kapoor Khan may have been the poster girl for size zero but the actress is breaking all the stereotypes for post pregnancy body. The actress has been taking one day at a time to reach her perfect body goal. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora have always given us BFF goals. Recently, the two of them were spotted together sweating it out at the gym. Both Kareena and Amrita looked intense during their work out to beat their Monday blues. Amrita captioned the video as, "Came in today with such good energy !!!Weeee killed the sesh ....stayyyyy tuned guys more vids comin uppp #andthenweyak."

 

 

From running to Kettlebell squats to rope workout for the core, they indulged in every intense workout. Amrita captioned another video of them as, "Last one promise ....this is soooo damn good for the entire body ...some serious core work at play here #andthenweyak @ithinkfitness."

 

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan is on maternity break for now. She is set to begin filming in August for Rhea Kapoor's Veere Di Wedding with Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar.
