Wamiqa Gabbi stepped into full bloom mode while promoting her latest film Bhool Chuk Maaf, where she plays a character named Titli, meaning “butterfly” in English. In a look that felt like a seamless extension of her on-screen persona, Wamiqa wore a Parrot Green Silk Organza Sari from Kavana, priced at Rs 17,800. Styled by Eka Lakhani, the ensemble was a perfect collision of craft, colour, and character.

The saree, as described by the brand, is designed to “step into the spotlight this wedding season.” It features delicate embroidery with floral bursts, strategically placed on the bodice and pallu to enhance the breezy fluidity of the organza. The parrot green hue anchors the lightness of the fabric, lending it a festive yet grounded appeal.

 

A Hair Detail That Speaks Volumes

 

Perhaps the most memorable element of the look was Wamiqa’s braided ponytail, generously adorned with pastel butterfly appliqués and delicate pearls. Whether intentional or intuitive, this styling nod to her character Titli was layered without being literal.
