Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar Trailer Launch: Shraddha Kapoor calls Ranbir Kapoor 'fabulous'; Ranbir terms Shraddha commercial box office superstar

Luv Ranjan made three memorable box office directorial ventures, namely Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015) and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018). All three films starred Kartik Aaryan and Nushrratt Bharuccha. But for his next directorial venture, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, the filmmaker roped in Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. Shraddha spoke about this aspect at the trailer launch of the film.

Shraddha Kapoor laughed as she said, "I was so excited that Luv sir decided that apart from Kartik Aaryan and Nushrratt Bharuccha, he was open to working with fresh faces like us! Yeh bahut khushi ki baat thi. Thank you very much, Luv sir."

 

She spoke highly of her co-star, "Ranbir Kapoor is such a fabulous actor. I had always admired his work. He's really superb."

 

Ranbir Kapoor then also praised Shraddha Kapoor, "I have known Shraddha since we have been born because our parents are friendly. So, we have been friends for a long time. While working with her, I realized that we share similar creative energies. She comes with the same kind of passion, dedication and fire. She's an actress who is loved by so many people. She's a commercial box office superstar. Her presence gave Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar a lot of value. It's Luv's genius that he cast both of us together."
