This throwback pic from Jodhaa Akbar will make you desperate to see Hrithik Roshan romance Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are the deadliest Bollywood on screen couple. Both of them are lookers and light up the screen in the most dazzling way possible. Their coupled good looks, charm and chemistry are a reason why they are so popular. They have shared screen space in Dhoom 2 and then in Ashutosh Gowariker’s historical magnum opus Jodhaa Akbar. Today, the movie completed ten years and therefore, the entire production team is getting all mushy and nostalgic about it. Director Ashutosh Gowariker posted pictures and unreleased posters to celebrate this day.
In one pic, we see Aishwarya Rai with her hubby Abhishek along with Hrithik and his heavily pregnant wife Sussanne. The director is also seen with wife Sunita. Now, this is giving us a lot of déjà vu feels. Will someone please sign these two already? In another picture, there is Amitabh Bachchan and Anil Kapoor on the sets with Hrithik who is in the garb of Emperor Akbar, chilling on the sets with glares.
Hrithik Roshan will be seen next in Super 30 in the garb of a real life inspiring personality: Anand Kumar. Aishwarya too released first look from her upcoming film Fanne Khan which also stars Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. The actress will be seen as a diva and the plot of the film revolves around a father who kidnaps an existing singing sensation so that his daughter can take her place.
While we can only hope that filmmakers cast this killer couple again, here are the throwback pics from the Jodhaa Akbar sets.
